General Terms and Conditions (GTCs)

1. Subject matter of the contract
The cleaning company Cleaning Angel KLG provides cleaning services for private and commercial customers. The exact services are specified verbally or in writing in the individual offer and confirmed by the customer when the order is placed. 

​2. Service description
The cleaning services include the standard cleaning of floors, surfaces, sanitary facilities, kitchens, windows and other agreed areas. Special requests can be agreed separately.

​3. Prices and terms of payment
The prices for the cleaning services are agreed individually with the customer and must be paid within the agreed period. Invoices are issued regularly after completion of the cleaning work or periodically at the end of each month. 

4. Liability
Cleaning Angel KLG is liable within the scope of the statutory provisions for damage caused by gross negligence or wilful intent. Liability for slight negligence is excluded.

​5. Termination
The contract may be terminated by either party subject to a reasonable notice period. In exceptional circumstances, Cleaning Angel KLG reserves the right to terminate the contract without notice.

​6. Data protection
Cleaning Angel KLG undertakes to comply with the applicable data protection regulations and treats all customer data confidentially.

​7. Final provisions
Swiss law applies exclusively. Amendments or additions to these GTCs must be made in writing. Should any provision of these GTCs be or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
